課程概述與目標:

This course is compulsory and is designed for PhD students. It’s to provide the opportunities for PhD students to have comprehensive reading and discussions on the fundamental theories in management. It will help the learners understand the contents of the theories and their applications. This course will be offered in the first year of the PhD program. The major instructors will be the faculty of the Institute. This arrangement will also make all the junior students of the PhD program having the opportunities to know more about research expertise and interests of the faculty.
